Summer Livestreams

Following the success of its virtual production of The Diary of Anne Frank, Park Square Theatre continues to keep audiences and artists connected through a new work, designed specifically for Zoom. Riddle Puzzle Plot is an online interactive mystery written by acclaimed playwright Jeffrey Hatcher (whose play Homes and Watson would have been premiering on stage this summer in a pre-Covid world), and directed by Warren Bowles. Full of secrets, clues and twisting plotlines, the play will be a thrill for mystery lovers and theatre fans alike. New 45-minute episodes will be released weekly from July 24 - Aug 14 with live post-show talks on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm. Episodes are also available for streaming on demand through August 16.

In addition to virtual theatre, Jazz Fest Live and Blues Fest Live continue to stream live concerts every week through the summer. Here's what's coming up:

#JusticeforGeorge

I stand together with people in the Twin Cities, in Minnesota and around the world to acknowledge the need for change. I support the call for justice for George Floyd and others taken before him. I have been listening, learning, and thinking about the work ahead. I am joining the fight against racism and injustice.

"Time is out for empty words and empty promises."
